Policy

Privacy

This website is a set of static pages. It does not have accounts, analytics or a database.

Who is responsible

MADE TECH LIMITED, Fora, 35-41 Folgate Street, London, England, E1 6BX. Contact: spacetechsupp@madetech.space.

The contact form

The form on the contact page does not send anything to us. When you press the button, your browser builds an email draft from what you typed and hands it to your own email app. Only if you choose to send that email do we receive your name, email address, optional phone number and message. We use them to reply and keep them only as long as needed for that conversation.

Fonts

Pages load the Public Sans and Source Serif 4 typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. See Google’s privacy policy for how it handles that data.

Hosting logs

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address, time, page requested and browser type) for security and operation. We do not use them to profile visitors.

No tracking

We use no analytics, advertising tags, cookies or browser storage such as localStorage.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
